The invention discloses a filtering and cleaning water conservancy irrigation gate which comprises a machine body; a water channel is arranged in the machine body, and the left, right and lower surfaces of the water channel are open; an upward moving cavity communicates with the left side of the top wall of the water channel; a gate device capable of opening and closing the gate through a feed screw nut is arranged in the upward moving cavity; a filter screen is fixedly arranged on the top wall of the water channel; a cleaning cavity communicates with the right side of the top wall of the water channel; collecting movable cavities are formed in the water channel in bilateral symmetry; and a collecting device is arranged in the collecting movable cavities and drives a collecting cage through a feed screw nut to ascend to collect impurities on the filter screen into the cleaning cavity. The gate is opened and closed through the feed screw nut; at the same time, a worm and gear is matchedwith the feed screw nut to lift a collecting basket; lifting of the gate triggers lifting of the collecting basket; and moreover, the worm and gear is matched with the gear and rack to drive a cleaning sliding block to push impurities in the collecting basket out of the gate for centralized treatment.
