The equipment comprises a box body and a first cavity fixedly arranged in the box body, wherein a first belt wheel shaft is rotationally arranged on the end wall of the lower side of the first cavity, the first belt wheel shaft is in power connection witha main shaft of a first motor, and the first motor is fixedly arranged on the end wall of the lower side of the first cavity; and first belt wheels are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the outersurfaces of the tail ends of the front side and the rear side of the first belt wheel shaft, and the first belt wheels and second belt wheels are connected through a first transmission belt. Accordingto the equipment for removing the lake surface floating garbage, free floating and moving on the water surface can be achieved, and different areas of the water surface can be cleaned so that the floating garbage on the water surface can be removed, and water in the removed garbage can be filtered; and water movement can be accelerated through a water repelling rod, so that collection of the garbage on the water surface is facilitated.
