The invention provides a cable pile pulling-out device, and relates to the technical field of electric power. The cable pile pulling-out device comprises a supporting frame, a rotary supporting assembly and a prying rod, wherein the rotary supporting assembly is rotationally connected to the top of the supporting frame and can rotate on a horizontal plane relative to the supporting frame, and theprying rod is rotationally connected to the rotary supporting assembly and can rotate on a vertical plane relative to the rotary supporting assembly, so that horizontal rotation and vertical rotationof the prying rod are achieved; and one end of the prying rod is provided with a prying handle used for applying force, and the other end of the prying rod is provided with a clamping device used forclamping a cable pile, so that when the cable pile is pulled out, the prying rod is controlled by means of the prying handle to freely and flexibly rotate, and cable piles at different positions are clamped and pulled out through the clamping device. The cable pile pulling-out device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, pulling-out work of the cable pile can be smoothly completed in various complex and narrow places, and the universality and the working efficiency of the cable pile pulling-out device are improved.
