A positioning and perpendicularity adjusting device for a steel pipe column in a pile hole comprises a column bottom positioning shoe and an opening perpendicularity adjusting cap. The column bottom positioning shoe is arranged at the bottom of the steel pipe column and comprises a chassis, a guide part and a fixing part. The opening perpendicularity adjusting cap is arranged at an opening of thepile hole and comprises a positioning annular plate, a positioning adjusting part and a limiting part. During positioning and perpendicularity adjustment, construction is conducted through cooperationof the column bottom positioning shoe and the opening perpendicularity adjusting cap. According to the positioning and perpendicularity adjusting method, the problems that an air bag method is low inperpendicularity adjusting precision and a correction frame method cannot be used between slopes are solved. The device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in precision, the complex operation problems that a common positioner is fixed through an embedded bolt and secondary grouting and joint filling are needed are solved, and the in-hole operation time of workers is shortened.In addition, the opening perpendicularity adjusting cap can be recycled, is economical and environmentally friendly, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
