The invention provides an excavator control method and device, a storage medium and an excavator. Firstly, a correction coefficient is determined according to a current oil temperature and a correction curve. The correction coefficient represents the correction ratio of the torque of a hydraulic pump, and the correction curve contains the corresponding relationship between the oil temperature andthe correction coefficient. Then, obtained required torque is corrected according to the correction coefficient to obtain the target torque. A proportional valve of the hydraulic pump is adjusted according to the target torque. Considering the influence of oil temperature on oil, the problem of inconsistency of the actual output of the excavator is caused. The target torque is adjusted through thecorrection coefficient, and the shake is reduced at low temperature. At high temperature, it is guaranteed that the current output power can be matched with the requirement of a user, and the problems of slow action, low working efficiency and the like of the excavator are avoided.
