The invention relates to a formwork mechanism for cement platform construction. The formwork mechanism comprises a hand wheel driving assembly, a water sweeping assembly, a reset assembly and a watersupply assembly; the hand wheel driving assembly is arranged on the formwork body, the hand wheel driving assembly comprises a linkage hand wheel, a first matching position and a second matching position are formed on the hand wheel driving assembly, and when the linkage hand wheel is located at the first matching position, the linkage hand wheel is in linkage with the first matching part; and thewater supply assembly supplies clean water to a cement table top in a gear and toothed plate mode, the clean water is distributed on a sweeping plate at the bottom of a sweeping rod along a pipe fitting, the structural characteristic of controllable uniform water spraying is shown, the clean water overflowing downwards to the cement table top from the sweeping plate is more uniform, and water distribution is more reasonable. By means of the linkage mode, water can be supplied when the sweeping rod falls on the cement table top, water supply is stopped when the sweeping rod resets upwards andleaves the cement table top, the whole process is achieved through the linkage effect, energy is saved, the environment is protected, and operation is convenient.
