Air pressure form erecting technology construction method based on single-layer grid shell structure
The invention discloses an air pressure form erecting technology construction method based on a single-layer grid shell structure, and relates to the technical field of construction engineering. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an air pressure control system is set; (2) air membranes are unfolded and fixed; (3) the first layer of air membrane is inflated until the shape is formed;(4) a reinforcing belt is arranged; (5) air pressure is increased until a preset state is achieved; (6) grids are laid; (7) the second layer of air membrane is inflated, and the first layer of air membrane and the grids are lifted upwards; (8) columns are erected at the two ends of the second layer of air membrane; (9) the rest air membranes are inflated layer by layer and lifted layer by layer,and columns are erected to specified positions layer by layer; and (10) the air pressure is released to finish construction. According to the method, a construction method of a pneumatic membrane support is applied to a single-layer grid structure system, the pneumatic membranes serve as construction operation platforms and molds, a grid shell is constructed through a layer-by-layer inflation andlayer-by-layer lifting method, all construction processes are completed at a low altitude, and hidden dangers are avoided.
本发明公开一种基于单层网壳结构的气压支模技术施工方法,涉及建筑工程技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)气压控制系统设置;(2)气膜展开固定;(3)充第一层气膜到找形状;(4)设置加固带;(5)增大气压到预订状态;(6)铺设网格;(7)充第二层气膜,将第一层气膜与网格向上抬升;(8)在第二层气膜两端搭设柱子;(9)对其余气膜进行逐层充气,逐层抬升并逐层搭设柱子到指定位置;(10)释放气压完成施工。本发明将充气膜支架施工方法应用于单层网格结构体系中,将充气膜作为施工操作平台和模具,通过逐层充气、逐层抬升的方法对网壳进行施工,将所有的施工过程都在低空完成,避免隐患。
