Hoisted material distributing hopper
A hoisted material distributing hopper comprises a hopper body. Dredging feeding mechanisms are arranged in the hopper body. Automatic opening and closing valves are arranged at the positions of feeding openings of the hopper body. The two sides of the hopper body are provided with connecting seats. A drive mechanism is arranged below the hopper body. First hinges of the automatic opening and closing valves are hinged to the corresponding connection seats. The first hinges are connected with a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism drives the first hinges to rotate to form opening and closing ofthe valves at the position of the feeding openings of the hopper body. The hopper is hoisted by a crane to above a pouring face, concrete is input from a material inlet of the hopper, large matter can be filtered off by a filter net, the concrete is piled in the hopper, during pouring, the drive mechanism controls the automatic opening and closing valves to be opened and closed, meanwhile spiraldredging rods in the dredging feeding mechanisms rotate, and the materials in the hopper are gathered to the middle portion and are squeezed downwards. The double feeding openings are designed, neckedfeeding is conducted, so that pouring filling is thicker. Meanwhile, vibrating devices are further arranged on the outer wall of the hopper, and it is avoided that the concrete adheres to the inner wall of the hopper.
