The invention discloses a dismantling process for a holder top of a gas holder. The process comprises the following steps of mounting temporary columns on a plurality of original holder body columns of the gas holder as supporting structures; slowly lowering the integral holder top to the ground at the bottom of the holder by a plurality of electric blocks; and then performing cutting constructionon the holder top. According to the dismantling process for the holder top of the gas holder, a conventional way of dismantling fragments of the holder top aloft is changed to a way of lowering the integral holder top integrally to the ground of the bottom of the holder and then dismantling the holder top, so that the safety risk is low, used crane machine-teams are few, the manual input is small, the construction period is short and the cost is saved. Compared with the conventional dismantling process for the holder top of the gas holder, the crane used to dismantle the holder top of a samespecification 30000 m<3> gas holder by adopting the dismantling process is adjusted from original 200 tons to 80 tons, the cost is saved by 2/3 and the dismantling construction period of the holder top is optimized from original 20 days to 10 days.
本发明公开了一种气柜柜顶拆除工艺，通过在气柜原有的多根柜体立柱上分别安装临时立柱作为支撑结构，并通过多个电动葫芦将柜顶整体缓降至柜底地面，再对柜顶切割施工。本发明气柜柜顶拆除工艺，将传统的柜顶高处分片拆除方式改为先将柜顶整体降至柜底地面再拆解方式，安全风险低，使用的吊车台班少、人工投入少、工期短，成本节约。与传统的气柜柜顶拆除工艺相比，采用本发明拆除工艺拆除同样规格30000m3气柜的柜顶使用的吊车从原来的200吨调整为80吨，费用节约2/3，柜顶的拆除工期从原来的20天优化为10天。
