According to the epidemic prevention bin, the cylindrical shell cooperates with an adjustable ceiling so as to replace an existing disinfection channel, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, the adjustable closing door is in a sealed state during disinfection, a disinfectant cannot diffuse out of the cylindrical shell, a head of the person is located on the outer side of the adjustable ceiling, inhalation of the person is reduced, meanwhile, a whole-body disinfection device atomizes and sprays the disinfectant in the cylindrical shell, a protective suit worn by the person is subjected to comprehensive disinfection, arms are opened in cooperation with spraying of a second atomizing nozzle and a supporting frame, parts, below the arms of the person, of the protective suit are subjected to disinfection, all-dimensional disinfection is achieved, and a disinfection effect is better.
