The invention discloses a magneto-resistive clutch. The magneto-resistive clutch comprises a motor and a driven gear, wherein the driven gear controls opening-closing degree of a window through a gearset; the driven gear and a motor output shaft are engaged or are disengaged through a clutch gear set; the clutch gear set comprises a base, a drive gear which is in transmission fit to the output shaft of the motor; the drive gear is in transmission fit to the output shaft of the motor; the drive gear is coaxially connected to a first gear; the first gear is arranged on a magnet housing for accommodating a magnet; a gear ring is arranged on the base; the gear ring is engaged with the first gear; a clutch gear is fixedly connected on the base, and the drive gear is engaged with the clutch gear through transmission; a first spring for rotating and returning the base is arranged on the base; and the drive gear is a conductor made of a magneto-resistance resistant material. The drive gear islifted to the gear of the last stage for cutting magnetic lines of force of the magnet, so that cutting speed is higher, and generated acting force is stable; and moreover, the gear ring on the baseand the first gear drive the clutch gear and the driven gear to engage and separate.
