The invention discloses an intelligent heat-isolation and anti-ultraviolet electrically-controlled transparent curtain. The intelligent heat-isolation and anti-ultraviolet electrically-controlled transparent curtain comprises a bottom rod, wherein a bottom rod sealing head is connected to the side part of one end of the bottom rod in a clamping manner; an intelligent optically-controlled heat-isolation film material is connected to the middle part of the inner wall of the bottom rod in a clamping manner; a coiled pipe is bonded onto the side part of the top end of the intelligent optically-controlled heat-isolation film material; a tail plug is connected to one end of the coiled pipe in a clamping manner; a crown is arranged at the middle part of the inner wall of the coiled pipe; a drivewheel is connected to the middle part of the inner wall of the crown in a sleeved manner; a motor is connected to one end of the drive wheel; the motor drives the drive wheel to rotate during running;the drive wheel drives the crown to rotate during rotation, and then drives the coiled pipe to rotate; and the coiled pipe uncoils the intelligent optically-controlled heat-isolation film material during rotation. The ultraviolet and infrared rays in the outside can be blocked by virtue of the intelligent optically-controlled heat-isolation film material, and meanwhile, the sunlight in the outside cannot be prevented from entering into a room, so that heat isolation is achieved, the frequent startup of an air conditioner is reduced, the carbon dioxide emission is reduced, and the electric charge is saved; and moreover, the burn of the ultraviolet ray to the skin of a human body, and the fading of furniture and home decoration are prevented.
