The invention discloses a collision alarm system of an expressway guardrail plate. The collision alarm system comprises a sensing optical fiber installed on a guardrail plate of an expressway, an optical time domain reflectometer connected with the sensing optical fiber and used for detecting the position information of the loss of the sensing optical fiber, monitoring equipment connected with theoptical time domain reflectometer and used for receiving the position information of the sensing optical fiber loss, and displaying the guardrail plate position information corresponding to the position information of the sensing optical fiber loss on an expressway map, and a plurality of portable alarm devices connected with the monitoring device and are used for receiving the guardrail plate position information corresponding to the position information of the loss of the sensing optical fibers. According to the invention, the optical time domain reflectometer is used for detecting the position information of the loss of the sensing optical fiber arranged on the highway guardrail plate; the monitoring equipment converts the position information of the loss of the sensing optical fiber into corresponding guardrail plate position information to be displayed and sends the guardrail plate position information to the plurality of portable alarm devices, so that automatic detection and intelligent alarm of guardrail plate damage are realized, and the working efficiency of workers is improved.
