The invention provides a construction method for combining an external climbing frame with a multifunctional advertising board. The construction method comprises steps that an installation platform, aplacement base and guide rails are arranged, all horizontal components are assembled and then fixed to a vertical rod supporting system after being integrally assembled, and a dense-mesh net three-side-turning advertising board is installed after the vertical rod supporting system is assembled, before the outer climbing frame is integrally hoisted, the three-layer attached plate device is installed on a floor slab, and after installation is completed, the dense-mesh net three-side-turning advertising board and the vertical rod supporting system are integrally hoisted. And after the whole hoisting is finished, testing is started, and the working mode of the dense-mesh three-side-turning advertising board and a lamp tube irradiation area are controlled and adjusted through an advertising board circuit control system. The traditional single face of the advertising board is changed, three turnover boards are applied to the outer climbing frame protective net, and the construction functionof the outer protective net is optimized. The method is advantaged in that an indoor lighting system is optimized, a traditional outer climbing frame is modified into a protective net with an indoorlighting function through innovation, and the auxiliary work is provided for indoor lighting.
