The invention discloses an intelligent shoebox and a control method thereof. The intelligent shoebox comprises a cabinet body and an electric cabinet door; a supporting plate is installed at the top of an inner cavity of the cabinet body, and a control device, a dehumidification assembly, a dryer, an exhaust assembly and a negative ion generator are installed in the cabinet body; two main slidingrails are horizontally arranged below the supporting plate; an electric sliding assembly is installed on the main sliding rails; an electric horizontal telescopic assembly is installed on the supporting plate; a base capable of moving horizontally is arranged at the position, close to the opening of the cabinet body, of the electric horizontal telescopic assembly; auxiliary sliding rails connectedwith the main sliding rails are arranged on the base; a locking assembly used for locking the electric sliding assembly is further installed at the auxiliary sliding rails; a towing hook and a driving part used for driving the towing hook to rotate are rotationally connected to the electric sliding assembly; a first distance sensor is mounted at the front end of the towing hook; a first camera isinstalled on the inner side face of the electric cabinet door, and a second camera is installed at the front end of the cabinet body. The shoebox can conduct disinfection, drying, deodorization and other treatment on shoes.
