Hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing and screening waste concrete to obtain waste concrete powder, and homogenizing the waste concrete powder and siliceous solid waste powder to obtain mixed powder; (2) doping metal salt into the mixed powder and carrying out heat treatment to obtain activated powder; and (3) carrying out stirring reaction on the activated powder and an aqueous solution of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer under an alkaline condition toobtain the hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension. According to the preparation method of the hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension, the prepared nanocrystalline nucleus suspension is high in crystal nucleus hydration effect, the early strength of a cement-based material can be remarkably improved, and the technical problem in the prior art that the hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension does not obviously improve the early compressive strength of the cement-based material is solved. The invention also discloses the hydrated calcium silicate nanocrystalline nucleus suspension prepared by the preparation method.
本发明公开了一种水化硅酸钙纳米晶核悬浮液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)废弃混凝土经过破碎和筛分,得到废弃混凝土粉体,将废弃混凝土粉体和硅质固体废弃物粉体进行匀质化处理,得到混合粉料;(2)向混合粉料中掺入金属盐并进行热处理,得到活化粉体;(3)活化粉体和聚羧酸减水剂水溶液在碱性条件下进行搅拌反应,得到水化硅酸钙纳米晶核悬浮液。本发明中提供的水化硅酸钙纳米晶核悬浮液的制备方法,制备得到的纳米晶核悬浮液的晶核水化作用强,能显著提升水泥基材料早期强度,解决现有技术中水化硅酸钙纳米晶核悬浮液对水泥基材料早期抗压强度提升不明显的技术问题。本发明还公开了采用上述制备方法制得的水化硅酸钙纳米晶核悬浮液。
