The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic filters, specifically to a ceramic filter, a plastic-based binder, a process and a ceramic filter. The powder for injection is composed of fourelements, namely Mg, Ca, Ti and O, wherein the molar percentage ranges of the three elements including Mg, Ca and Ti are 45-55 mol%, 45-55 mol% and 0-10 mol%, respectively; and the particle size D50 of the powder for injection is 0.2-1 micron. According to the powder for injection, the plastic-based binder, the process and the ceramic filter provided by the invention, a prepared feed has good fluidity and is convenient to inject; and a filter product with a complex shape can be manufactured. An injection green body is complete in structure, small in shrinkage after injection, good in appearance and free of macroscopic air vents and holes in a cross section. Corresponding sintered filter blank products are uniform in density, small in deformation and high in size precision.
