Forming-roasting integrated preparation equipment and preparation method for anode material
The invention provides forming-roasting integrated preparation equipment for an anode material. The equipment comprises a power circuit, a forming mold and a pressure head, wherein the forming mold comprises an outer mold shell; an inner mold plate is arranged on the inner side of the outer mold shell; a supporting table is arranged at the bottom of the inner mold plate; the lower portion of the pressure head is located in the inner mold plate; an upper pressing mechanism is connected to the top of the pressure head; a closed cavity is defined by the pressure head, the supporting table and theinner mold plate; a heating mechanism is arranged between the inner mold plate and the outer mold shell; an inner heat insulation layer is arranged between the heating mechanism and the outer mold shell; and the heating mechanism is connected with a power circuit. The invention further provides the forming-roasting integrated preparation method for the anode material. According to the invention,the heating mechanism is used for heating a carbon block, so the carbon blocks can be slowly heated to 1000 DEG C or above, release of small molecular substances of asphalt is reduced, and a temperature required by a roasting process is achieved; and therefore, forming and roasting can be completed in the same forming mold, the carbon blocks do not need to be repeatedly taken out and impregnated with asphalt, and the preparation efficiency of the anode carbon blocks is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种阳极材料成型、焙烧一体化制备设备,包括电源电路、成型模具和压头,成型模具包括外模壳,外模壳的内侧设置有内模板,内模板的底部设置有支撑台,压头的下部位于内模板内,压头的顶部连接有上压制机构,压头、支撑台和内模板围成密闭的型腔,内模板与外模壳之间设置有加热机构,加热机构与外模壳之间设置有内隔热层,加热机构与电源电路相连。还提供了一种阳极材料成型、焙烧一体化制备方法。本发明利用加热机构对碳块进行加热,可以使碳块缓慢升高至1000℃以上,减少沥青的小分子物质的释放,同时达到焙烧工艺要求的温度,从而能够实现成型、焙烧在同一成型模具中完成,不需要反复地取出碳块并浸渍沥青,大幅度提高了阳极碳块的制备效率。
