The invention relates to an underground cavity filling method and filling system, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing an adhesive with a foaming agent, and obtaining inflatable slurry; mixing the inflatable slurry with the granular aggregate to obtain a mixed filler; pumping the mixed filler to a to-be-backfilled position along a pipeline, and mixing a defoaming agent into the mixed filler before the mixed filler is injected into the to-be-backfilled position. By adding the foam component, the fluidity of the material can be improved under the condition that the water-cement ratio is not large, and segregation and bleeding are avoided; and when the material and the defoaming agent are mixed and injected into a gap of a to-be-backfilled position, the water cement ratio is slightly increased along with dissipation of foam so that the strength of the material is favorably improved and recovered to a required value, and collapse of the backfilling material is avoided.
本公开涉及一种地下空洞填充方法及填充系统,包括以下步骤,将粘合剂与泡沫剂混合,得到充气浆料;将充气浆料与颗粒骨料混合,得到混合填料;将混合填料沿管路向待回填位置泵送,在混合填料注入待回填位置之前,向混合填料中混入消泡剂。加入泡沫组分则可以在保证水灰比不大的情况下增加材料的流动性,避免发生离析和泌水;而在材料与消泡剂混合注入待回填位置的空隙时,随着泡沫的消散,水灰比稍有增大,有利于材料的强度上升,恢复到要求值,避免回填材料的坍落。
