The invention discloses an asphalt mixture paving shovel comprising a handle, a scraping shovel, a flat shovel and a positioning and moving device. The scraping shovel is arc-shaped and is arranged atthe tail end of the handle; the flat shovel is arranged at the lower part of the scraping shovel; an included angle is formed between the flat shovel and the scraping shovel; the positioning and moving device is mounted at the head of the scraping shovel and moves forwards along the kerb; the positioning and moving device comprises a vertical rod, a cross rod, a first pulley, a second pulley anda scale; the vertical rod is fixed at the upper part of the scraper; the cross rod is mounted on the vertical rod in a manner of moving up and down; the first pulley is arranged on a vertical rod positioned below the cross rod so as to be propped against the side surface of the kerb to slide; the second pulley is arranged on the cross rod so as to slide along the top surface of the kerb; the scaleis installed on the vertical rod and located above the first pulley so as to calibrate the height of the cross rod. The asphalt mixture paving machine can replace traditional shovels and rakes, and the paving efficiency and the paving quality of asphalt mixtures at the corners of curbs of roads or fields can be improved.
