The invention discloses a pavement cleaning vehicle adopting an airflow circulation working mode. The pavement cleaning vehicle comprises an electric vehicle chassis, a dust suction fan, a dust filtering box, a garbage filtering box, a garbage can, a supporting plate type garbage can lifting device and a garbage suction and pickup cover are arranged on the electric vehicle chassis. The upper portof the garbage can is butted with the lower port of the garbage filtering box; an air outlet of the garbage suction hood is connected with an air inlet of the garbage filtering box through a dust suction pipe, an air outlet of the garbage filtering box is connected with an air inlet of the dust filtering box, an air outlet of the dust filtering box is connected with an air suction port of the dustsuction fan, and an air outlet of the dust suction fan is connected with an air inlet of the garbage suction hood through an air supply pipe. According to the invention, an airflow circulation working mode is adopted to clean the pavement; the working efficiency of the road surface cleaning vehicle is greatly improved, electric energy consumption is reduced; meanwhile, no reentrainment is causedin the road cleaning process, and the pavement cleaning vehicle has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in manufacturing cost and good in removing effect on dust and garbage accumulated at the joint corner of the kerb and the road surface.
