Aninstallation seat which ascends and descends in the vertical direction is arranged on the base; a connecting rod and a sampling sleeve which are coaxial inside and outside are arranged on the installation seat in the vertical direction; an automatic drilling device is connected to the end part of the connecting rod; the end part of the sampling sleeve is close to the automatic drilling device; amotor for driving the sampling sleeve to rotate is further arranged on the installation seat; a positioning driving piece protruding out of the surface of the sampling sleeve is arranged on the sampling sleeve; a water stop sleeve driven by the positioning driving piece further sleeves the sampling sleeve; drilling teeth are arranged on the end part of the water stop sleeve; water pumping holes are further formed in the sampling sleeve; a water pumping channel from bottom to top is formed between the sampling sleeve and a driving rod; and a water pump close to the installation seat is furtherarranged on the sampling sleeve.
