The invention relates to a two-way three-dimensional stretching geogrid and a manufacturing method thereof. The two-way three-dimensional stretching geogrid comprises a rib plate and a plurality of joint units arranged on the rib plate, each joint unit comprises a stretching hole formed in the rib plate and four joints located on the periphery of the stretching hole and integrally formed with therib plate, the joints in the joint units are sequentially connected through bar plates integrally formed with the rib plate in the circumferential direction, and the stretching holes are located in anarea defined by the bar plates in the joint units. The two adjacent joints are connected through the integrally-formed bar plates, the tensile strength of a grating is improved, three-dimensional stretching is achieved through the portions, protruding out of the rib plate, of the bar plates and the joints, the meshing force between the grating and a soil body is increased, and movement of the soil body is better limited.
