The invention discloses a passive induction type intelligent vibrating rod which comprises a vibrating rod head, a passive induction coil, a vibrating rod pipe, intelligent gloves, a vibrating state judging device and a vibrating rod driving motor. One end of the vibrating rod pipe is connected with the vibrating rod head, and the other end of the vibrating rod pipe is connected with the vibratingrod driving motor; the passive induction coil is arranged in the vibrating rod pipe, the vibrating state judging device is arranged on the vibrating rod driving motor, and the intelligent gloves comprise an active induction coil; and when the intelligent gloves are attached to the surface of the vibrating rod pipe in a wrapping mode, the active induction coil can automatically read information ofthe passive induction coil, and the position of a hand-holding point of a worker on the vibrating rod pipe is determined by identifying the calibrated information of the passive induction coil. Under-vibration, over-vibration and vibration leakage phenomena are avoided, the construction efficiency is improved on a construction site, the concrete forming quality is improved, the construction costcaused by quality defects and the like is remarkably eliminated, and economic benefits are increased.
