The invention belongs to the field of engineering construction, and particularly relates to a rapid pile forming device and a pile forming method thereof. The rapid pile forming device comprises a ventilation immersed tube, wherein at least one ventilation tube is arranged on the wall of the ventilation immersed tube; one end of the ventilation tube is connected with an air compressor; the other end of the ventilation tube is provided with an air outlet; the air outlet is located in the inner wall of the ventilation immersed tube; and the outer wall of the ventilation immersed tube is connected with a power device. According to the rapid pile forming device, soil in the ventilation immersed tube is discharged to form a hole through compressed air mainly and air pressure. By means of the rapid pile forming way, the working efficiency is improved, and the pile foundation construction cost is reduced. The discharged soil, curing agents such as cement and materials such as water are mixedto form a flow-state mixture to be poured into a pile, so that the stirring uniformity of the curing agents such as cement and the soil and the construction efficiency of the whole construction process are improved. Meanwhile, the whole construction cost is greatly reduced, the whole structure is simple, and operation is convenient.
