The invention relates to the field of building structures, in particular to a hollow waterproof basement bottom plate with the combination of prevention and drainage. The bottom plate comprises an upper end face, an interval layer and a lower end face. The upper end face, the interval layer and the lower end face are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. A connecting structure is arranged inside the interval layer, one end of the connecting structure is connected with the upper end face, and the other end of the connecting structure is connected with the lower end face. The upper surface of the upper end face is further coated with an impermeable layer. The designed basement bottom plate is arranged to be hollow, and therefore the underground water can be conveniently drained in time when overflowing, and the water permeating into the basement bottom plate is drained to the position below the bottom plate in time through the interval layer and a drainage groove and then drained toa water collecting pit through a drainage channel. Meanwhile, in order to avoid water seepage of the basement bottom plate, the upper end face of the basement bottom plate is coated with the impermeable layer, the impermeable layer is prepared by using super-hydrophobic polyurethane as a main raw material and using inorganic powder and modified graphene oxide as main accessory materials, and the waterproof effect can be better achieved.
