The land leveler operation device comprises a scraper knife mechanism (2) and a soil loosening mechanism (1); the scraper knife mechanism (2) comprises a scraper knife (21); the soil loosening mechanism (1) comprises a mounting component, a connecting component and a soil loosening operation component, the mounting component is mounted on the scraper knife mechanism (2), the connecting component is connected to the mounting component in a swinging mode in the vertical plane where the front-back direction of the land leveler is located, and the soil loosening operation component is consistent with the scraper knife (21) in the extending direction and is rotatably arranged on the connectingcomponent around the axis of the soil loosening operation component, wherein the connecting component is configured to selectively swing to a first position or a second position according to the operation working condition of the scraper knife (21), and when the connecting component is located at the first position, the soil loosening operation component is located in front of the scraper knife (21); and when the connecting component is located at the second position, the soil loosening operation component is located behind the scraper knife (21).
