The invention discloses a rope traction type auxiliary device for sanitary appliance installation, which comprises a sliding device, a clamping device and a lifting device, wherein the sliding devicecomprises a base, and trundles are arranged on the bottom surface of the base; the clamping device comprises a clamping frame, a supporting pad, a first compression screw and at least two brackets parallel to each other, rotating shafts are fixedly connected to the outer sides of two side arms of the clamping frame, the first compression screw penetrates through the clamping frame and is connectedwith a supporting pad on the inner side of the clamping frame, one end of the bracket is connected with one side arm of the clamping frame, and the other end of the bracket is connected with the other side arm of the clamping frame; the lifting device comprises two symmetrically-arranged rhombus lifting assemblies, the bottom ends of the two rhombus lifting assemblies are connected to the two side edges of the base correspondingly, upper hinge supports are arranged at the top ends of the two rhombus lifting assemblies correspondingly, clamping grooves are formed in the upper hinge supports, the direction of openings of the clamping grooves is the same as that of openings of the base, and the rotating shaft is detachably connected with the clamping grooves. According to the device, the closestool can be conveniently marked, and accurate centering installation is facilitated.
