At high temperature, the heat expansion and cold contraction pushing pieces push water in the water control pipes into the water supply pipes, so that the water inthe water supply pipes is conveyed into the water seepage tank so as to supplement water to the planting layer in the water seepage tank, after the temperature is reduced, the heat expansion and coldcontraction pushing pieces retract to extract water in the water supply pipes to be supplemented into the water control pipes, so that the water supplementing speed of the planting layer soil can beadjusted according to the change of the temperature, and the problem that the water permeation speed cannot follow the water volatilization speed is solved.
