By the adoption of the structure, the generator and the water purifying device are arranged, so that rainwater and energy in the rainwater can be fully utilized, electric energy is provided through hydroelectric power generation, meanwhile, the rainwater is purified and filtered, water with good water quality can be obtained, electricity resources and water resources are obtained by utilizing the rainwater, and environmental friendliness and high efficiency are achieved.
