The invention discloses an interlayer building construction waste clearing and transporting system which comprises a first interlayer, a second interlayer, a building concrete structure and waste collecting units. Each waste collecting unit comprises a main pipeline and a branch. The branches are arranged on the side walls of the main pipelines and communicate with the main body pipelines, the main body pipelines of every two adjacent collecting units communicate with each other. The first interlayer and the second interlayer are fixedly connected with a floor concrete mechanism through fixingplates. A floor garbage hopper comprises a first leakage pipe and a second leakage pipe which is obliquely arranged at the lower end of the first leakage pipe. A third leakage pipe is fixedly arranged at the end, far away from the first leakage pipe, of the second leakage pipe, threads are fixedly arranged on the pipe wall of the third leakage pipe, and the third leakage pipe is in threaded connection with the first interlayer through a first threaded hole.
