The invention relates to an electric suction lock and an automobile. The electric suction lock comprises a driving part, a planetary reducer, a first lock assembly and a second lock assembly, whereinthe planetary reducer is in driving connection with the driving part; the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the planetary reducer; the first lock assembly comprises a first rotating shaft, a first elastic reset piece arranged on the first rotating shaft and a first matched lock body which is rotatably arranged on the first rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and connected withthe first elastic reset piece; and the second lock assembly comprises a second rotating shaft, a second elastic reset piece arranged on the second rotating shaft and a second matched lock body whichis rotatably arranged on the second rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and connected with the second elastic reset piece, and the transmission assembly can stir the second matched lock body to be completely disengaged from and in contact with the first matched lock body. When people carry an automobile tail door, a latch hook pushes the first matched lock body, and the first matched lock body is not restrained by the second matched lock body, so that the first matched lock body rotates around the first rotating shaft to release the latch hook to achieve the purpose of unlocking, and the use reliability of the electric suction lock is improved.
