The device comprises a main rod and an auxiliary rod; a power supply wire is connected between the main rod and the auxiliary rod; a half-moon-shaped block is movably mounted in the middle of a frame body; moving rods are rotationally installed on the outer sides of fixing rods; a V-shaped rod is movably installed below an I-shaped base; supporting springs are fixedly installed on the two sides of the V-shaped rod; a reset spring is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the V-shaped rod; electromagnets are fixedly installed at the lower end of the reset spring; and a cable roller is rotationally installed on the left side of a supporting frame.
