The invention discloses a dust removal device for a glass outer wall of a high-rise building. The device comprises a main box body, a brush cavity with a downward opening is formed in the main box body, advancing block sliding cavities which are symmetrical left and right with the brush cavity as the center are formed in the left side and the right side of the brush cavity, a motor located on theupper side of the left advancing block sliding cavity is fixedly connected in the main box body, and an air pump fixedly connected with the main box body is arranged on the upper side of the right advancing block sliding cavity; advancing belt wheel cavities which are symmetrical with the brush cavity as the center are formed in the left side and the right side of the brush cavity, the advancing belt wheel cavities are located between the advancing block sliding cavity and the brush cavity, and the device can be stably fixed to the glass outer wall through suction force generated by the high-pressure air pump; meanwhile, due to the alternate movement mode of the advancing blocks, the device can advance downwards under the condition that the safety and stability of the device are guaranteed, meanwhile, the brushes conduct self-cleaning after dust removal, the dust removal effect of the device is better, the device automatically removes dust on the outer wall of the glass, manpower and material resources are reduced, manual dust removal of operators is avoided, and the operation safety of the operators is guaranteed.
