The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, laying a plastic bottom die with a model in a corresponding die, placing the die in an outer vane plate formwork, binding outer vane plate reinforcing steel bars, and pouring concrete to obtain an outer vane plate; before concrete of the outer vane plate is initially set, placing a heat preservation plate on the surface of the concrete, placing a connecting piece, then placing an inner vane plate formwork on the heat preservation plate, placing a reinforcing mesh used for improving the longitudinal strength in the inner vane plate formwork, binding inner vane plate reinforcing steel bars, pouring the concrete, conductingcompaction through vibration, and conducting flattening to obtain a prefabricated part; and then enabling the obtained prefabricated part to be pre-cured in a pre-curing pit, sinking solid particles in the pre-cured concrete under the action of gravity, and enabling internal bubbles to diffuse outwards, so that internal gas can be well exhausted, the hydration degree of the concrete is improved, step-by-step steam curing is conducted after pre-curing, the strength of the obtained integrated outer wall is effectively improved, and a wall body is not easy to peel and crack.
本发明提供一种保温装饰一体化外墙的制备方法,首先通过将具有造型的塑胶底模铺设于对应的模具中,将模具放置于外叶板模板内,绑扎外叶板钢筋,浇注混凝土,得到外叶板;在外叶板混凝土初凝之前,在混凝土表面放置保温板,放置连接件,然后将内叶板模板放置在保温板上,将用于提升纵向强度的钢筋网放置在内叶板模板内,绑扎内叶板钢筋,浇筑混凝土并振实,抹平得到预制构件,然后先将得到的预制构件在预养窖中进行预养,经过预养混凝土中的固体颗粒在重力作用下下沉,内部气泡向外扩散,能够很好的排出内部气体,提高混凝土的水化程度,经过预养之后,再进行分步蒸养,得到的一体化外墙强度得到有效提高,墙体不易起皮、开裂。
