本发明提供一种保温装饰一体化外墙的制备方法，首先通过将具有造型的塑胶底模铺设于对应的模具中，将模具放置于外叶板模板内，绑扎外叶板钢筋，浇注混凝土，得到外叶板；在外叶板混凝土初凝之前，在混凝土表面放置保温板，放置连接件，然后将内叶板模板放置在保温板上，将用于提升纵向强度的钢筋网放置在内叶板模板内，绑扎内叶板钢筋，浇筑混凝土并振实，抹平得到预制构件，然后先将得到的预制构件在预养窖中进行预养，经过预养混凝土中的固体颗粒在重力作用下下沉，内部气泡向外扩散，能够很好的排出内部气体，提高混凝土的水化程度，经过预养之后，再进行分步蒸养，得到的一体化外墙强度得到有效提高，墙体不易起皮、开裂。
