The invention belongs to the field of building material regulators, and particularly relates to a gypsum retarder as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The gypsum retarder providedby the invention comprises the following components: 18-40 wt% of protein; 10-30 wt% of a carboxylic acid derivative; 7-20 wt% of a hydrolysis catalyst; and 30 to 50 wt% of water, wherein the carboxylic acid derivative comprises one or more of maleic anhydride, ethyl acetate, methyl methacrylate, malonate, succinic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, tartaric acid, citric acid, acetamide and propionamide; and the hydrolysis catalyst comprises one or more of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, carboxyl protease and calcium hydroxide. The gypsum retarder providedby the invention can remarkably prolong the setting time of gypsum-based building materials under the condition of not reducing the strength of gypsum products, is high in adaptability, simple in production process and equipment and easy to operate, and is lower in cost than similar products in the market.
本发明属于建筑材料调节剂领域,尤其涉及一种石膏缓凝剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的石膏缓凝剂包括以下组分:蛋白质18~40wt%;羧酸衍生物10~30wt%;水解催化剂7~20wt%;水30~50wt%;所述羧酸衍生物包括马来酸酐、乙酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙二酸酯、琥珀酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、酒石酸、柠檬酸、乙酰胺和丙酰胺中的一种或多种;所述水解催化剂包括盐酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、羧基蛋白酶和氢氧化钙中的一种或多种。本发明提供的石膏缓凝剂可以在不降低石膏制品强度的情况下显著延长石膏基建材的凝结时间,适应性强,生产工艺及设备简单易于操作,成本低于市场同类产品。
