The invention discloses a preparation method of C40 inorganic coating anti-freezing concrete and a method for spraying a coating on the C40 inorganic coating anti-freezing concrete, and belongs to thetechnical field of concrete. The method comprises the following steps: pre-homogenizing sand and the stones in respective raw material bins; stirring the pre-homogenized sand and stones in a forced stirrer for 2 minutes; adding the cement and a water reducing agent into a forced stirrer, stirring for 5 minutes, adding an additive, stirring for 2 minutes, and solidifying to obtain a concrete testpiece; and maintaining the concrete test piece for 28 days, and spraying a coating to obtain the C40 inorganic coating anti-freezing concrete. The weight part ratio of the cement to the sand to the stones to the admixture to the water is (400-450): (750-800): (950-1000): (4-5): (150-200). The anti-freezing concrete is simple in formula, good in anti-freezing durability and suitable for various engineering projects in alpine regions.
