The invention relates to a method for preparing paraelectric phase LiTaO3, and belongs to the technical field of high-pressure preparation. The method comprises the following steps: mixing Li2CO3 andTa2O in a stoichiometric ratio, conducting heating in a muffle furnace at 600 DEG C for 48 hours, conducting heating at 800 DEG C for 24 hours, quickly cooling the sample, grinding the obtained LiTaO3crystal for one hour, and conducting sealing with a pressure calibration substance and a pressure transfer medium in a diamond anvil cell; and setting the pressure in the anvil cell device to be notless than 38.1 GPa, and maintaining the pressure for 3 minutes to obtain the paraelectric phase LiTaO3 material. The method is simple to operate, short in preparation time and good in repeatability, and can be completed at room temperature, and the prepared paraelectric phase LiTaO3 is high in purity.
本发明的一种制备顺电相LiTaO3的方法属于高压制备的技术领域,将化学计量比的Li2CO3和Ta2O混合后在马弗炉中600℃加热48小时,然后在800℃加热24小时,对样品进行快速冷却,将得到的LiTaO3晶体研磨一个小时后与压力标定物和传压介质密封在金刚石对顶砧装置中,设置对顶砧装置内的压力不小于38.1GPa,保持压力3分钟,得到顺电相LiTaO3材料。本发明操作简单,其制备时间短,重复性好,在室温条件下即可完成,且制备的顺电相LiTaO3纯度高。
