The invention relates to a preparation process of a high-strength anti-pollution ceramic product. The preparation process comprises the following steps: putting 3-5 parts by weight of albite, 4-8 parts by weight of corundum and 5-15 parts by weight of iron powder into an ultrafine grinder, carrying out grinding, and conducting screening with a 150-to-250-mesh screen to obtain mixed powder; putting30-90 parts by weight of kaolin, 20-50 parts by weight of aluminum oxide and 3-8 parts by weight of silicon oxide into a ball mill for grinding for 3-12 hours to obtain fine powder with particle sizes in a range of 20 microns and 100 microns; preparing ceramic slurry through a wet method; and then carrying out a series of technological processes to obtain the high-strength anti-pollution ceramicproduct. The preparation process is simple; material cost is low; good economic benefits are obtained; the prepared ceramic is high in strength and strong in pressure resistance; the ceramic is prepared from a high-strength material, and through fine grinding, a prepared green body has extremely high strength; and then a stable anti-fouling film outer layer is left on the surface of the green bodyby utilizing an etching technology, so the whole product has extremely good strength and extremely good anti-fouling performance.
