The invention provides a flame-retardant core plate, a preparation process thereof and a flame-retardant fireproof door. The flame-retardant core plate is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: 10-20kg of sawdust, 10-20kg of expanded perlite, wherein the weight ratio of the sawdust to the expanded perlite is 1: 4-1: 2, 26-39 kg of magnesium chloride, 11-24 kg of magnesium oxide, 200-300 ml of a phosphoric acid solution with the concentration of 5%, 0.2-2 kg of an emulsifier, 51-115 kg of an adhesive and 25-30 kg of a waterproof agent. The cost of the finally formed flame-retardant core plate is reduced by 20% or above, and the heat preservation performance is improved by 10% or above on the premise that the fireproof performance is not reduced.
