The invention relates to a dense porous double-layer aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive protective coating containing nano titanium dioxide (P25) for cement and concrete products/prefabricated parts, which consists of a dense epoxy resin coating and a porous layer containing nano titanium dioxide, and has the advantages that: the chlorine salt and sulfate corrosion resistance of the cement concreteis remarkably improved, so that the service life of the cement concrete is prolonged, and a common silicate product or a prefabricated part of early-strength cement can be applied and popularized insome special environments, the compact layer can isolate the damage of environmental factors to the internal structure of the cement concrete and prevent the generation and expansion of internal microcracks, due to the existence of the nano titanium dioxide in the porous layer, the coating has an ultraviolet shielding effect, and micromolecular organic pollutants can be photolyzed by utilizing ultraviolet rays on the basis of protecting the epoxy resin.
本发明为一种用于水泥、混凝土制品/预制件的含纳米二氧化钛(P25)的“致密‑多孔”双层水性环氧树脂防腐防护涂层,该防护涂层由致密的环氧树脂涂层和含有纳米二氧化钛的多孔层组成,本发明的优点在于:显著改善水泥混凝土的抗氯盐和硫酸盐侵蚀性能进而延长其服役寿命,使普通硅酸盐制品或早强水泥的预制件在某些特殊环境得以应用和推广;致密层可以隔绝环境因素对水泥混凝土内部结构的破坏,防止内部微裂纹的产生和扩展;多孔层中纳米二氧化钛的存在可以涂层具有紫外光屏蔽作用,在保护环氧树脂的基础上,还可利用紫外线光解小分子有机污染物。
