The invention discloses a turnout straight point rail capable of reducing rolling contact fatigue damage. The straight point rail is provided with an optimization section, a first section, a second section, a third section and a fourth section are sequentially arranged in the direction from a tip end to a heel end of the straight point rail, the first section and the fourth section are located atthe two ends of the optimization section respectively, and the second section is right opposite to the starting point position of a wheel transferred from a curved stock rail to the straight point rail. The third section directly faces a final position of the wheel which is transferred from the curved stock rail to the straight point rail, the profiles of the first section and the fourth section are the same as the 60AT profiles of the respective sections, the profiles of the second section and the third section are obtained by rounding the joint of a working edge and a non-working edge of thestraight point rail, and a rounding radius is 3 mm; and the straight point rails between the first section and the second section, between the second section and the third section and between the third section and the fourth section are subjected to linear transition processing. The straight point rail has the advantages that the straight point rail is simple in manufacturing process, running stability of a vehicle in the prior art is not affected, and rolling contact fatigue damage of the straight point rail can be reduced.
