The invention relates to a pavement concrete curing device for highway engineering construction. The pavement concrete curing device comprises a rack, a water spraying device, a steam generator, a walking mechanism and a film coating reel. The rack is a rectangular frame body; a pair of walking mechanisms is symmetrically and fixedly installed on the two sides of the bottom face of the rack. The film coating reel is mounted on one side, opposite to the rack, of the top surface of the walking mechanism; the water spraying device comprises a water tank and a water outlet pipe, the water tank isfixed in the rack, and the water outlet pipe communicates with the water tank; the steam generator is arranged in the rack and communicated with a water tank of the water spraying device, and a steampipeline is arranged at the top of the steam generator. The two ends of the film coating reel are detachably connected to a top face film covering mechanism of the walking mechanism through supports correspondingly, and rapid film covering maintenance and steam maintenance can be conducted after the concrete pavement is automatically and evenly sprayed. The whole device can reduce consumption of manpower and material resources in the maintenance process, the working efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种公路工程施工用路面混凝土养护装置，包括机架、喷水装置、蒸汽发生器、行走机构和覆膜卷轴；所述的机架为一长方形框体；所述的机架的底面两侧对称固装有一对行走机构；行走机构的顶面，与机架相对的一侧安装有覆膜卷轴；喷水装置包括水箱和出水管，所述水箱固定在机架内，出水管与水箱连通；所述的蒸汽发生器设置在机架内，并与喷水装置的水箱连通，蒸汽发生器的顶部设置有蒸汽管道。覆膜卷轴两端分别通过支架可拆卸连接在行走机构的顶面覆膜机构可以对混凝土路面自动均匀喷洒后进行快速覆膜养生及实现蒸汽养护；整个装置能够减少养护过程中人力和物力的消耗，提高了工作效率，保障了施工质量。
