The invention relates to a road maintenance vehicle based on high polymer grouting technology. The road maintenance vehicle comprises an engineering vehicle chassis, a road deflection detection mechanism, a road marking mechanism, a road drilling mechanism and a high polymer grouting mechanism; a deflection sensor is arranged on the road deflection detection mechanism; after a detection signal ofthe deflection sensor is transmitted to a PLC, the damage degree of the corresponding position on the road surface is judged according to the data detected by the deflection sensor, a spraying tank iscontrolled to spray different colors at the corresponding sensor for marking, and after a road drilling mechanism drills holes in the corresponding road position, a high polymer grouting mechanism isused for injecting high polymers into the road for repair and maintenance. According to marks made by the road marking mechanism, roads are better repaired by adopting different pressures and grouting amounts; and the road maintenance vehicle takes an engineering vehicle as a carrier and integrates the functions of detection, marking, drilling and grouting repair, so that the road maintenance process is greatly optimized, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种基于高聚物注浆技术的公路养护车,包括工程车底盘、道路弯沉检测机构、道路标记机构、道路钻孔机构、高聚物注浆机构,所述道路弯沉检测机构上设置有弯沉传感器,弯沉传感器的检测信号传输至PLC控制器后,根据弯沉传感器检测到的数据大小对路面上相应位置的破坏程度进行判定,控制喷涂罐在相应的传感器处喷涂出不同颜色进行标记,道路钻孔机构在相应道路位置钻孔后,利用高聚物注浆机构对道路内部注入高聚物进行修复养护,根据道路标记机构做出的标记采用不同的压力和注浆量对道路进行更好的修复,该公路养护车以工程车为载体集检测、标记、钻孔、注浆修复功能为一体,大大优化了公路维修养护的过程,有效提高了工作效率。
