Energy pile
The invention discloses an energy pile, and relates to the technical field of ground source heat pumps. The energy pile comprises a reinforcement cage, a heat exchange pipe and phase change concrete,the reinforcement cage is of a hollow structure and comprises a plurality of supporting rods and a spiral rod of a spiral structure, each supporting rod extends in the axial direction of the spiral rod and is connected with the spiral rod, the multiple supporting rods are distributed in the circumferential direction of the spiral rod, and the heat exchange pipe is provided with a liquid inlet anda liquid outlet; and the heat exchange pipe is arranged in the spiral rod and connected with the spiral rod and/or the supporting rods, the heat exchange pipe and the reinforcement cage are wrapped inthe phase change concrete, and the gap between the heat exchange pipe and the reinforcement cage is also filled with the phase change concrete. The energy pile is simple in structure, low in cost andsuitable for large-scale batch production and machining, the spiral rod serves as an integrated structure to be connected with the supporting rods, the overall rigidity of the reinforcement cage is better, the phase change concrete can effectively delay temperature rise and temperature reduction in the phase change concrete, the highest heat insulation temperature rise is reduced, and the temperature stress of a concrete structure in the energy pile is reduced.
本发明公开一种能源桩,涉及地源热泵技术领域。包括:钢筋笼、换热管和相变混凝土,钢筋笼为中空结构,包括支撑杆和呈螺旋结构的螺旋杆,支撑杆的数量为多个,各个支撑杆均沿螺旋杆的轴向延伸,且与螺旋杆连接,多个支撑杆沿螺旋杆的周向排布,换热管设有进液口和出液口,换热管设置于螺旋杆内,且与螺旋杆和/或支撑杆连接,换热管、钢筋笼均包裹于相变混凝土内,且换热管和钢筋笼之间的间隙也填充有相变混凝土。能源桩结构简单,成本低廉,适于大规模批量生产加工,且螺旋杆作为一体结构与支撑杆连接,使得钢筋笼整体刚性更好,相变混凝土可以有效地延缓相变混凝土内部升温和降温,降低最高绝温温升,减少能源桩中混凝土结构温度应力。
