The invention provides a secondary hole cleaning device and method for a cast-in-place pile. The device comprises a movable operation platform, a compressed air generation device, and a compressed airconveying pipe. A mounting hole is formed in the movable operation platform to place a concrete pouring guide pipe downwards into the hole of the cast-in-place pile; the output end of the compressedair generation device is communicated with one end of the compressed air conveying pipe reserved at the top of the guide pipe and used for conveying compressed air into the guide pipe, and therefore sediments at the bottom of a drilled hole and garbage in slurry are discharged out of the drilled hole through the concrete pouring guide pipe. According to the secondary hole cleaning device for the cast-in-place pile, a platform for installing the guide pipe is provided for an operator by arranging the movable operation platform, and the compressed air is conveyed into the guide pipe through thecompressed air generation device, so that the sediments at the bottom of the drilled hole and the garbage in the slurry are discharged out of the drilled hole through the concrete pouring guide pipe;and the secondary hole cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, and the pile forming quality of the bottom of the drilled hole can be guaranteed.
