The invention discloses a device for relieving accumulated water in an underground garage through a pipeline. The device comprises a water passing pipe and a water passing cavity formed in the water passing pipe, wherein rotating shafts are arranged on the front wall and the rear wall of the water passing cavity; flow speed wheels are fixedly arranged on the rotating shafts; an electric generatoris fixedly arranged above the water passing pipe; and the electric generator and the rotating shafts are in transmission connection through a transmission belt. The flow speed wheels are arranged in the device, and the potential energy of water can be utilized for power generation and storage during ordinary water drainage. When the device is started, an internal motor is powered, and cost is greatly saved. An induction device is further arranged in the device, after that accumulated water exists on the ground of the garage is inducted, the device is started to block an original water drainageopening, meanwhile, the water drainage opening upwards stretches out to be connected with an external water drainage opening, the accumulated water moves upwards to be stored in the external pipeline, the form of the accumulated water in the garage is relieved, and potential safety hazards are reduced. Meanwhile, automation of the treatment process is achieved, the treatment efficiency is greatlyimproved, and labor force is saved.
