Method for guaranteeing punching rate of high-strength bolts of steel structure
The invention discloses a method for guaranteeing the punching rate of high-strength bolts of a steel structure. The method comprises the following steps that according to distribution of high-strength bolt hole groups, welding shrinkage is considered, and when a part drawing is drawn, in the vertical direction, 0.5mm allowance is additionally arranged for every five rows of bolt holes; at the connecting positions of all beams and columns, end sealing plates of the upper beams are cut and blanked according to the part drawing, and after blanking, all the beams are drilled through high-precision plane numerical control drills; according to the types of the high-strength bolt holes in the end sealing plates of the beams, corresponding templates are manufactured for all the types, the hole distances in the templates are not subjected to allowance adding, and all the templates are drilled through the high-precision plane numerical control drills; all parts on beam and column components arewelded; and the templates are welded to the corresponding columns in a spot welding manner, casing drilling is conducted, after drilling is completed, the templates are taken down, and the end sealing plates are fixed through the high-strength bolts. According to the method, during operation, existing equipment does not need to be transformed and upgraded, operation is easy and simple, actual operation of workers is facilitated, and the punching rate of the high-strength bolts of the beam columns on site is effectively guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种保证钢结构高强度螺栓穿孔率的方法,包括以下步骤:根据高强度螺栓孔群的分布,考虑焊接收缩缘故,画零件图时,在垂直方向上,每5排螺栓孔加设0.5mm余量;所有梁与柱子连接的位置,上梁的端封板根据零件图切割下料,下料后全部用高精度的平面数控钻钻孔;根据梁的端封板上的高强度螺栓孔的类型,每一种类型都制作对应的模板,模板上的孔距不加余量,且也全部采用高精度的平面数控钻钻孔;焊接梁、柱子构件上所有零件;将模板点焊在对应柱子上并进行套钻,钻孔完成后取下模板,用高强度螺栓固定端封板。本发明操作时不需要对现有设备进行改造升级,操作轻松简单,便于工人实际操作,有效保证了现场梁柱高强度螺栓的穿孔率。
