The invention relates to a connecting piece of fabricated floor slabs and a using method, and is suitable for the technical field of floor slab assembly. Profiled channel steel is placed between two floor slabs to serve as a connecting fixing frame, steel bars of the floor slabs penetrate into the profiled channel steel, the steel bars are tightly fixed to the profiled channel steel through a pressing device, and the pressing device is convenient to disassemble and design and can be quickly disassembled and assembled. According to the connecting piece of the fabricated floor slabs and the using method, the two floor slabs are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting plates, square pits matched with square tooth structures of the outer edges of the connecting plates are formed inthe floor slabs, thus the surfaces of the connected floor slabs can be smooth, and further construction on the surfaces of the floor slabs is facilitated; and the connecting plates and the floor slabs are hinged through butt joint devices, the butt joint devices adopt the design that disassembling can be convenient, and the assembling and disassembling efficiency of the floor slabs is improved. According to the connecting piece of the fabricated floor slabs and the using method, the floor slabs at the upper end and the lower end can be clamped and fixed through upward-pulling fixing devices,thus the fixing effect is achieved, and the clamping force can be flexibly controlled through matching of the upward-pulling fixing devices and the pressing device.
本发明涉及一种装配式楼板的连接件及使用方法,适用于楼板装配技术领域。在两块楼板之间放置型槽钢做为连接固定架,将楼板的钢筋穿入型槽钢内,用压紧装置将钢筋紧紧固定在型槽钢上,压紧装置便于拆卸设计,可快速拆装。本发明采用多个连接板将两个楼板固定连接,楼板上设置余连接板外缘方齿结构匹配的方坑,使得连接后的楼板表面能够平滑,便于在楼板表面进一步施工;连接板与楼板之间通过对接装置铰接,对接装置采用可方便拆卸设计,提高楼板的安装和拆卸效率。本发明的上拉固定装置可以让上下两端的楼板之间能够夹紧固定,进而起到固定的作用,上拉固定装置和压紧装置的配合,可以灵活控制夹紧的力度。
