The invention discloses a pipeline mounting method for a KT plate. The method comprises the steps that the KT plate is subjected to pouring, and the KT plate is in a state before initial setting; before initial setting of the KT plate, at the position where electric tubes need to intersect or the position where the electric tubes need to pass through truss steel bars, local groove pressing treatment is carried out and a groove pressing part is formed; then the KT plate is maintained, transported and mounted; after mounting is completed, the electric tubes are mounted along the groove pressingpart of the KT plate; and finally, laminated layer concrete is poured on the KT plate. According to the method, the problems that in the prior art, the thickness of the KT plate needs to be reduced, so that the KT plate is prone to be damaged; and meanwhile, the thickness of a laminated layer is increased, so that the production cost is increased can be solved.
本发明公开了一种KT板的管道安装方法,包括对KT板进行浇筑,且使KT板处于初凝之前状态;在KT板初凝之前,在需要有电管相交的位置或者需要电管穿越桁架钢筋的位置,实施局部压槽处理并形成压槽部;然后对KT板进行养护、运输并安装;安装完成后,沿KT板的压槽部安装电管;最后对KT板浇筑叠合层混凝土。本发明可解决现有技术中需要降低KT板厚度使其容易坏掉,同时加厚叠合层的厚度问题,增加生产成本的问题。
